Dean Smith is a great guy. He was a ctr person. In his quote he means that he wants trying to leave his gift. His gift was popularity and money. But he had to give it up because it was the right thing to do. He wanted other coaches to have opportunities to coach the team. He knew that the time had come too because he was old already. He was a great coach and he even lead his team to 8679 victories. He made his player the greatest. All of his players graduated and were taught a valuable lesson from this guy. This is what make Dean Smith special than any other coach. He is a coach that taught lessons that had to do with choosing whats right. 

Karma Will Take Care of Itself

What this guy is talking about is true. In life you don't always achieve some dreams. But if you don't achieve a dream while trying you are leading yourself to a right way. If you do good karma wont strike you back. Karma will come in a good way. No karma will lead you to destiny, good luck and fortune. So what he is stating is that if you do whats right nothing will cause your dreams to be crushed. The dreams will come to you to. Patience is key. Don't expect for your future dream to be at your hands you got to work for it and choosing the right is a big example. Why? It gives you the character, Spirit and intelligence you need to become what you want.

In this quote Theodore is saying that in order for a country to be at its best we need to fulfill lives with education and have a great attitude which is called character. Our people of our country need this because the can be the ones that will lead our country to success. In the future we can have really intelligent people and we can be smart on the decisions our countries make. Even one person can make a difference but if a country have this feature we would be a powerful country. We can all teach each other stuff and we will be respected by everyone. 

Medical/Health Volunteer Opportunities 

Being a volunteer at Kaiser Permanent LAMC is very helpful and can help you later on in the future for applying at a medical job. In this clinic there are over 200 volunteers working for so many hours without getting paid. Some of them keep the sick in company like they tell them stories, play board games or just take care of them. They get respected so they work in offices too just like doctors and nurses. This clinic is located in Los Angeles and if you sign up you are commited to complete 200 hours.

I can volunteer to this job by signing up at the website or visiting the place in Los Angeles. I will also need to commit that i will need to do 200 hours or else i cant do it. 

Body-Mind-Spirit

What this quote is saying is that you need to have responsibility for your own body and mind. When you respect your body, mind, and spirit you also respect your physical, mental, and spiritual health. These things are important in life because without these we wouldn't have self confidence nor you wouldn't be in shape to do things. You need these characteristics in life to become a great ctr person. Without these thing we wouldn't be doing anything at all. So having a nice body that is in shape and having the energy to do things is right for you because you build your self to become a better person. This is a quality every person needs in order to succeed and a good quote everybody needs to live by.

LAUSD provides many services. They are really working hard to make us students successful in life and that we can make a differences in our lives. These services all help students be successful. Especially that they have online classes for classes you did not get enough credit for. They also provide colleges you can visit and careers you can possibly be as an adult

Having a good attitude towards things is the key to success. It is not only intelligence that we need. We need Intelligence and good character combined. So that means good attitude with good knowledge. We cant have bad attitude and be smart that doesn't make sense because people hate people that have a bad attitude towards things. They have to be positive about things.

Martin Luther King is a great example because he was a very smart person and he never hated the whites. Even though they treated him bad he never started a fight and always respected them. He also never had a negative thought about the whites. He stood up for himself to fight for his rights and that's character and intelligence 

    Neonatologist

Duties and Responsibilities:

These people help newborns get well. They especially help the ill and the premature babies. This is a hospital made job. If the newborn has a birth defect they usually take care of them a lot. It can be up to 2 years in total.

Salary:

These people get paid around $30 dollars and get around $9,000 a year.

Education:

To start off you need to have a bachelor’s degree. Then you need a Master’s degree in nursing. After you get your bachelor’s degree you need to get a certificate for you could be certified as a neonatologist.

Reflection:

I wouldn’t like to be a Neonatologist because I’m not good with babies. I don’t want to be that.

What this quote is telling us is that we need to do something we like and we need to be successful with it and continue what we started we also need the courage to stop what ever keeps us from going behind and not achieving our goal. So we need to give it up in order for us to continue. Oh and also we need the courage to start our goals. 

We need the courage to start what we need. Without courage we wouldn't even try no more. But with courage you can stop your bad habits and start with good habits and stop doing things that keep you off track from achieving your life goals.

          Orthodontist

Duties and Responsibilities:

These workers help find the problem inside a person’s mouth. They treat malocclusion and cavities. They also work hard to make sure that the jaws and teeth are in the right position and make them as straight as possible and to function well.

Salary:

These workers get paid $96.65 an hour. So they make $201,030 an year.

Education:

You need to start off by getting a bachelor’s degree. You also need to take biological classes and also know the basics of an orthodontic. After you are ready you need to take a Dental Admission Test to be admitted to a dentistry school. Dentistry takes two year to complete but usually takes 4 years because you will also be practicing on real patients and then you get your Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree.

This type of job does not take that many years of education. It sure does pay a lot but this is not what I want to become because I never dreamed of become a dentist.

When you tell a lie it keeps on going. It is always important to tell the truth because once you said the truth you will be free from overthinking the situation. But if you lie you will be accused of lying even more. Lying even more will get you to deeper trouble. There is a difference between lying and telling the truth. It is better to face the consequence because it teaches you a lesson to become a better person and not make that same mistake any more. But if you lie you will get used to saying lies to people and make them even worse. Lying after every lie is kind of like gossip so stay away from that. 

What ever the lie is, it can be harmful to people. Even when its one lie it can lead to another lie. Then another one. So that's why it is best to let the lie go and just face the consequences. You won t have to worry about making another lie. One small lie can hurt a person so watch what you are doing with your lies because it can lead to another one. 

School Break Days

In my break I celebrated Christmas and New Years. On Christmas I celebrated with my family. We all opened our presents and we got what we wanted. For Christmas I got a ps4 and i shared it with my sister and cousin. On New Years i celebrated with my family again. We made dinner and we all counted down to the last seconds of 2015. After that I went to my friends house and we were just playing video games and then we just talked the rest of the day. Other than celebrating i went out with my friends and we went to go eat at restaurants. We also went to the mall to go shopping. It was pretty fun. The rest of the break all I did was watch Netflix and play Black ops 3. I had lots of fun and rest overall in my break. It was awesome and a fun experience.
