Physical Fitness

Being fit enough gets you the energy to do whatever you can. If you are not fit and you are lazy you will lag it on everything. You can not simply do drugs and feel very well. If you do that you will not be stable to do things. You will be very exhausted and stressed out. That's why you got to eat healthy
and not do drugs. being fit helps you do things weather its homework or getting a's and b's. If you are just a person that doesn't try you are a failure.

Getting a's is an example of this because you are trying your best to get good grades. There is a big difference between trying and not trying. Getting good grades is what everyone wants. So if you want good grades then just try and stop nagging that you got bad grades just because you don't like you're teacher or because he/she is hard. Its none of that. Its in you. You are the one supposed to get the good grades. Why? Because your are the one that is supposed to be trying hard not being a sloth. That's why its important to have good fitness to be able to try hard.
